FAQs

What is required to support an acoustic movable wall system?

Depending upon which type, for example if it is top hung suspended then you will need either a concrete soffit or steel as this will take the weight of the track and panels. For a floor mounted system, you made need to reinforce any suspended flooring and provide lateral support at top.

What different finishes are available?

We can provide your wall in such finishes as wood veneer, glass, painted, stained, melamine boards and textiles with such facilities as whiteboards and magnetic boards.

How much does a movable wall system cost?

Cost is dependent on many things, size of wall, how many panels, type of system bottom track or top hung, acoustic rating, manual or automatic operation, panel finish, access such as pass doors, location within the building, support structure availability.

Can you have a movable wall system which is automatic?

Yes, it is possible, a fully automatic system will bring out the panels from the stacking area, close the wall and deploy the seals at a touch of a button.

There is also a semi-auto system which you still have to move the panels but the seals will automatically deploy when they touch the adjacent panel or post.
