What Areas Do You Cover?
Do you have a fixed call out rate?
Yes our rate includes travelling time, mileage and the 1st hour on site
Do you have fixed service costs?
Yes our rate includes travel time, mileage, labour for the equipment detailed in the asset register.
Do you carry spare parts?
Yes we carry common spare parts for aluminium doors, automatic doors and fire doors, such as closers, arms, pivots and sensors.
Do you charge for surveys or quotations?
No we will not charge, we will arrange to visit at the most convenient date and time to assess your requirement. However if we can repair your equipment whilst on site then we will supply you with a cost to carry this out.
Do you repair residential doors?
No unfortunately we only work on commercial doors in commercial premises.
