Can I use BH doors if I have a service contract with another company?
It is very common within the industry to sell service contracts at a loss to gain the business but operationally the company cannot provide the level of service that you the customer requires.
An example is we always receive call outs on a Friday afternoon where the preferred contractor cannot attend until Monday, which in our opinion is not acceptable as the building needs to be operational and secured at the end of the day. We understand that service is the key to any business as all doors need to work correctly, safely and at all times for your business to operate.
This is why we cover areas where our engineers are based to allow us to provide that level of service you require, please call us.
My current contractor has told me the automatic door operator needs replacing as original is obsolete, can you help?
Also, within BH doors we have a lot of experience with all of the manufacturer’s equipment so the issue may just be a fault which we could rectify or replace service items on a call out or provide a quotation.
