Refurbishing Automatic & DDA Access Doors For Abingdon Shop

Recent project in Abingdon refurbishing automatic shop doors and adapting the a single door for DDA access.

We had to solve many issues including:

• Original manual doors were difficult to open and close.
• Single door wasn’t wide enough for wheelchair and disabled access.

By refurbishing the automatic shop doors, the benefits include:

• Automating the doors will save heating costs as the previous manual doors were held open all day. The automatic doors will now only open when approached.
• New operators have 12 month warranty with service and maintenance included.
