Creation Of New Entrance At Cambridge University Building

    Originally there was no entrance just a row of windows but due to a change in the building usage and the need for a separate office a new entrance was required.

    We removed the existing window and designed a complete replacement aluminium door system which would fit inside of the dimensions of the empty window frame to be carried out in 1 day.

    • Double profile cylinder locks to increase security
    • Double glazed to reduce road noise and heat loss
    • Straight forward installation carried out in 1 day to minimise disruption to the University
    • Internal Dorma transom closer to ensure door closes after each use
    • Colour matched to existing windows and frame
