    Following our recent visit to site we have identified that the doors will not close under full control creating a risk of personnel injury due to impact.

    Also, the doors were not closing against the electric locks causing a security issue to the flats and we provided a quotation to rectify these issues.

    The initial visit was following attendance from an access control company as the doors were reported as ‘not locking’.

    • The transom closers
    • Drive arms
    • Pivots

    This now means that the doors are technically brand new with all mechanical components replaced.

    Finally testing the operation with the access control system, manual locking and cleaning down the doors, frames and glass.
